Covid 19

Trips during Covid-19:

Due to the nature of the environment we work and play in we naturally adhere to social distancing. We have given our usual high standard of safety and rescue a thorough analysis, however the risks we actually see are all the peripherals, such as shuttles and the accommodation. Where the guidance from the government is thin due to the specialized nature, we have put in place some practices to ensure we are always above the requirements.

Please be aware:

• -  You will be sharing a room with someone else on the trip.

• -  Depending which trip, you book onto will depend on whether your room will come with an

  en- suite bathroom in your room or if you will be sharing a bathroom with everyone. (

  Bungalow = en-suite bathroom. Bunkhouse = shared bathroom)

• -  All communal areas e.g. kitchens, living rooms etc. will be shared with everyone else on the

  trip.

• -  We advise that you get a Covid-19 test done at your local test centre 1 week before the trip

  start date to confirm you are Covid-19 free.

• -  Do not attend any trips if you think or have Covid-19 symptoms. (See government

  guidelines).

• -  Full refunds or booking moved to later dates if you or our trip leader is put into localised/full

  lock down or travel restrictions are put in place to trip location.

• -  You need to bring your own kit.

• -  Hand gel provided through-out the trip.

• -  New face masks will be provided by us for use when social distancing is impractical to

  achieve.

• -  If you are not happy with any of these measures, we have put in place or if you have any
