Intro to Canoeing (Solo or Tandem)
So you fancy learning to canoe but don’t know quite where to start? We’re here to help!
Join us for an intro to canoeing course in North Wales.
This course is for those who have very little or no experience in a canoe.
We’ll provide a safe and relaxed environment to support you on the first stages of your journey. We’ll spend the day looking at efficient paddling techniques to help you manoeuvre your canoe confidently on flat water with the option of progressing to gentle moving water.
This course is all about building your confidence and laying the foundations to ensure you gain the most out of your new sport.
What you’ll need;
Personal kit for being on and in the water – very warm clothes, a drysuit/separates/wetsuit, and spare shoes
Woolly hats, gloves, first aid kit if you own one, don’t buy especially.
Note book and pen
Packed lunch, drinks, high-energy snacks; stuff to keep you warm.
Change for car parks and river fees.

Professional Coaching
This course can be tailored for solo or tandem canoeists.
This course is typically ran over one day however can be extended to suit your needs.
Cost £100pp.
(Based on a minimum of 2 people)
Two day course
One day on a lake followed by a day on a slow moving river.
