Pontcysyllte Aqueduct Guided Canoe Trip

Join us for a canoe trip on the Llangollen canal with a chance to paddle over the Pontcysyllte aqueduct referred to as “the stream in the sky”.
Standing at 38 metres high above the river Dee the aqueduct is a UNESCO world heritage site and the highest navigable aqueduct in the world!

ABOUT THE TRIP

Llangollen canal is a beautiful place to paddle whether on not you choose to paddle over the aqueduct.
Choose from a half day or full day option exploring this stunning location.

For a half day trip choose from a morning meeting at 9.30am or an afternoon meeting at 1.30pm.
For a full day option we’ll work with you to put together your perfect trip.

The day is yours so whatever you want from the day we’ll facilitate it whether that be a quiet and relaxing journey along the river taking in the spectacular views and spotting the wildlife whilst learning the strokes to manoeuvre your canoe with ease

Fun and entertainment for all the group with skills, games and not forgetting the thrill of paddling above the trees!
We’ll work to provide you with the best canoe trip possible.

Not got a head for heights? No problem, we’ll plan a trip along the canal that suits you!

We provide all safety equipment, top of the range canoes and Ollie’s guiding.

No experience is necessary.

PRICES

FULL DAY £75 per Adult, £55 per Child (16 & Under)
HALF DAY £55 per Adult, £45 per Child (16 & Under)

PLEASE NOTE

Minimum of three is required or Full day rate will apply.
Minimum age is 5 years old for the canal and 8 for the aqueduct.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legally appointed guardian
